Great service, knowledgeable and friendly staff, nice to have this close to home when I need service.
Derek (service?) ws super helpful over the phone, with a question I had on the charging system of my 2018 BMW R1200GS. I was worried I my have an alternator or regulator issue, but he suggested it's probably a battery or tender issue. Thanks
Disappointed. Bought a brand new bike there six years ago or so. It developed an oil leak within the first 2-3 years of ownership. Took it to the dealer to have it fixed. They replaced some parts, still didn't fix the issue (they were happy to charge me though, don't worry about that). They then told me the issue was basically unfixable and that's all they can do. Fast-forward to now and I have them look at it again (they already looked at it twice before this to try to fix the leak) and this time they find the leak, and fix... read more

Disappointing dealership. When I inquired about servicing my low-mileage, immaculate 1995 R1100RSL, the front desk told me, "We do not deal with BMWs older than 20 years." It seems their staff are only trained on newer models on which they are certainly good, but certainly not to nurture BMW brand image.
