This is an amazing store & Derek in the parts department is amazing!! I had a very difficult situation & Derek stepped up on every level. From emailing me quotes on parts. Making sure I had everything to properly repair my bike. Contacting a third party on payments & keeping me informed on ordering, shipping & when he received a payment & when the parts came in.
