Never heard of this place until I was surfing Google Maps. I own a business the next block south, again, never heard of them and by the reviews, how do you average a 1?
Frustrated. Ordered some parts on the 2nd, credit card charged. Credit memo sent next day but no explanation of why or status of order. Do you have the parts I ordered? Are they back ordered? Can I reorder or do I order from someone else? I need them to complete a project and have no idea how to proceed. Emailed twice, called once—no answer. It’s now the 12th.
Horrible customer service. Icreated an account ordered my item I immediately was emailed a reciept. All good so far. Several days go by and nothing no shipping no tracking. I then try to log back in and it says I have to create an account. So I do and file a claim with customer service which I then recieved an email with a claim number and a welcome email. Beware of Moto Part Hub in Northbrook, IL. There is a reason that they sell cheaper. They will take your money, sell you a part that they say will fit the same as original equipment but will not. Then try to contact them. Impossible! They will not answer their phone or email. Do not buy from this shady outfit. Pay a little more and get your parts from a legitimate company.
Bought a set of carburetor air/fuel mixture needles, called to verify the order and they picked up, called again 6 days later to find out where the package was at and they verified it was gonna be delivered that day, which it was. I think people need to know there is a 3-5 day processing time but I got it in 6 and my order was right and cheaper than Amazon even. I'm very very happy with my order and I saved a few bucks.
