Balz and the Motoforza team are second to none, customer service A+! I’m in love with my V4s! Balz and the team makes sure that you’re taken care of that’s why this purchase would be our 5th within our family, special shout out to Michelle for helping us with our paper work the process was done with phone calls and by email, and Balz went out of his way for the delivery. Very disappointed - we were looking for a Ducati bike and were trying to check some of the sweet models they had but were consistently advised that we should not be in the outdoor area of the shop (by the service personnel who were moving these bikes outside). So disappointing and not at all customer-focused. Our $20k+ will go to another shop, even if we need to go to LA. Might be a good idea to do some sales training for the staff.
