Purchased quite a number of pieces over the years from these folks. Recently purchased a small item and paid for it, but they lost item before it was picked up and would not issue refund. When we pushed for them to give a refund, Bill refused, saying we were late to pick it up. I offered to pay late charges if they would give us item, but of course they couldn't since they had lost it. It was very frustrating.
