Don’t do business with these people they are deceiving with their item description and then block you off of proxi when you don’t pay. Sorry I’m not paying for something that was not described wrong. Moreover they blocked me from proxibid so I can’t do business with any other real reputable companies. After telling me they would take off the block after a year, I call back and they don’t follow thru with their word. They are liars and con men. DO NOT do business with them!!!
Purchased quite a number of pieces over the years from these folks. Recently purchased a small item and paid for it, but they lost item before it was picked up and would not issue refund. When we pushed for them to give a refund, Bill refused, saying we were late to pick it up. I offered to pay late charges if they would give us item, but of course they couldn't since they had lost it. It was very frustrating. UPDATE: I’m giddy with excitement that they attempted to gaslight my review. This is how they treat customers. — see invoice now attached. New Year No way Mixed feelings. They’re unaware of how other car auctions operate. They only call to collect but not to inform. You cannot drive the cars out. Repeat: you cannot drive the cars out. They do not offer Temp Tags and they say they can’t send the title before picking up vehicles. Building gorgeous but they’re in a broom closet off to the left.
