My most weird crossfit gym experience. Simply because they refunded my membership. Not much communication with the owner and had moment when older lady, I think owner seemed rude to me. I like that they replied fast to enroll, but that’s about it. The trainers were nice but some interactions could be better, joining new gym and when not pro in CrossFit is no joke, like getting injured is awful, but some hrs were crowded I get it. I do not have enough amazing things to say about Motivus. I spent around 2 years as a member of this gym, and I became a new person both physically and mentally. The equipment is high-quality and clean, and the facility is spacious. It is also located right on the Rail Trail which gives members great access to safe running workouts, instead of makeshift, dodgy routes that other gyms might create.
