Stopped into Motivus CrossFit when on travel to Spartanburg for work. I could not have made a better choice. The community welcomed me with open arms, and I got in some killer workouts. Motivus does there own programming and it is no joke. As a long time CrossFitter, it was refreshing to come to a gym and focus on some new or dusty skills. The team made me feel like this was my home away from home, and will definitely sweat with this gym fam again. Thank you Motivus for a fantastic week!
