We literally just switched over ..and this horrible ! Absolutely horrible only some stuff is covered.. my therapist not covered .. paying horrible amount of money to get a blood work done, and then the main injection I need it’s now not covered. I now have to figure out a way to find something else because this is making no sense .

Motive health keeps denying claims on my children Who are over 18. Then when I call to try to fix things, they won’t talk to me because my children are over 18… Even though it’s my plan, and I’m the one paying for it. So far so good. Seems like a good idea to combat high health care costs. I will see how it works and will post again for an update.
My company swapped over to this insurance starting this year and I am already having issues. Never have I had issues with my LIFE SAVING medications with any other insurances (Cigna, UHC) but here we go.... my medication that i have been taking for YEARS is NOT COVERED by Motive Health. Now they say there is an "alternative". This "alternative" requires me to have a GENETIC TEST before taking it due to a risk of severe side effects(still waiting to hear if they even cover the test).
