Absolutely the best experience with dry needling to work on areas in my upper back and shoulder along with needed exercises to help with those areas!
Very satisfied with my experience. Have gone to chiros off and on for 20 years and was always frustrated that none of them took a whole body approach, it seemed. Dr. H did an awesome job with me working through my stuff and giving me things to go home with. Really appreciate her approach. Will definitely be back.
