I love this place..fun workouts, safe instruction and great people. Kate and Julia are super helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
I have been working with Julia for five years and she has patiently helped me loose 30 lbs and build up endurance. She tailors the workout to my body because she knows what I am capable of. She modifies the workout so I can workout without straining any muscles or joints. I am lucky to have a wonderful trainer like Julia at Motivators to help me be stronger and healthier.
I’ve had an incredible experience at this gym so far. The trainers are knowledgeable and helpful with modifications. I can feel the difference in my body. The environment is positive and I look forward to going in!
I have belonged to many gyms.....this is literally the best I have ever found and it's 'not your Dad's gym.' I say that Kate is a talented, creative choreographer.....no class is the same, I am never bored. Very different from working muscle groups separately. She and the other trainers get your body working together. I commute 35 minutes to this class because there is nothing like it and I don't want to miss it....I am in my 70s and they inspire me.
