I attended a back pain seminar along with about 8 others. Attendee's had various levels of knowledge of how their body moves. Denise has a gift of being able to break down movement concepts for everyone to easily understand. Her passion to share her expertise and teach people to help themselves is refreshing.

They really know their stuff and are so helpful and make a difference in how your body functions and feels!!
I was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis last year and literally was at my lowest point when I started there . These ladies make you feel very comfortable and are so knowledgeable . I highly recommend @Motivate Therapy. If you are debating on therapy at all (especially pelvic floor) it was definitely worth it. I gained a lot of information and exercises I can use forever! Also, the staff is so welcoming and friendly 😀 Thank you guys Breanna
