I depend on my stretches from Motion to recover from my workouts at OTF and the stress of everyday life. They help my muscles recover, and explain the process well. I try to go once a week.
The staff is very friendly. They put you at ease so that you can relax and enjoy your stretch. A most excellent experience!
I enjoyed how she explained everything that she was doing and why she was doing it. I also like how she started by asking and why she was doing it. I also like that she started by asking what level of pressure I wanted.
A must do after a race. I feel so good. The atmosphere is very nice. The staff is just as cute as can be. I'm hooked. �

Loved my session! Great staff and helped me loosen up my body and relieve stress .. I haven’t slept this well in years. If you dont try them out you’re making a big mistake! They’re very friendly and make your stay welcoming.
