You better know your stuff, when it comes to fitness and my body, and they have definitely proved it to me. From the desk (Madison) to the actual person who performs with you, I won't mention names because i dont want you taking up my time slots haa... they know what your body needs and let me tell you, it leaves you feeling AWESOME!!! especially for the constant workout peeps like me...I would have given 6 stars, but only 5 available...
