Best trained Hand therapy in Upstate NY.
The initial contact was time wasted due to AI. Finally got a live rep to call back and it was smooth for the scheduling. First visit, the therapist was experienced, engaged and personable. Second visit, no person at reception and you signed in via video at computer station. Kind of a scramble. The facility was not busy, but 15 minutes later I was called to a station.
