I expected better from a recruiting firm, but Motion Recruitment in DFW has ignored my outreach on two separate occasions. No reply, no update, no courtesy message. It’s clear they’re not invested in treating candidates with respect or transparency. This experience reflects poorly on their overall professionalism.

I was contacted by a recruiter and had a few very promising conversations regarding job placement, then she completely disappeared. This was after I emailed her all the information she personally requested. I had to email and call her multiple times over the course of several weeks to ultimately be told they went with another candidate. I completely understand the decision to select another candidate, it was the lack of follow up I did not appreciate.

I had the pleasure of working with a team dedicated to marketing my experience & resume. I found a great startup I was interested in and though I did not get the job, I appreciated what Tom, Kaitie, Kaitlin and the others did to get me noticed. The alacrity at which Workbridge members produced results and found roles for me was awesome. If I do contract again, I may see who Workbridge has looking for roles.
