Motion Mortgage was able to get me approved to buy a home with a lower credit score, but after that everything went down hill. When informed that we needed a short sale date, all we got from them was "That is fine, I have never missed a close date in over 15 years". That can't say that now. The date that was set from the very beginning was missed by almost a month, so I was homeless and staying on friends floors, which I was able to deal with but not a situation I like to put my mother in, but they did not care about the peo... read more
