Did online purchase. They took my money from my credit card, but no order registered on my account. And no contact emails for the shop to report issues! And then suddenly their website is non-existent!!!

We have a recumbent trike that my disabled son uses to get around. It has an electric motor kit installed. When we needed help after the forks on the trike were bent, Motion Makers was able to fix the trike for us quickly and for a very fair price. We called several different bike shops in the area and Motion Makers was the only one willing to perform the work. Their customer service is fantastic and their work is very professional. I would highly recommend them.
