Excellent performance shop, great customer service – I bought a set of coilovers for my 2010 Genesis Coupe, knowing I would need to find a shop to install them. I'm typically the type that prefers to work on my car myself, because I'm a bit nervous about making sure things are done right and that every bolt is tightened to spec, etc. Since moving to NC, though, I don't have access to as much space and many of the tools I used to. Motionlab Tuning is great – I'm fairly new to Charlotte and my last 2 cars have been BMW's, but I recently bought an Evo 10 with the intention of doing some basic bolt-ons. My first inclination was to order Stage 3 from Cobb Tuning, which by the way is a great setup. Awesome Shop!! – The only performance shop you will need Motion Lab installed a piggy back ECU on my 2001 Supercharged Toyota Tacoma and then tuned it. Wish my clutch could handle all the power. Best Place for Performance parts, service, and tuning – Where do I start. Motion Lab Tuning has been one of the best shops I have ever been to. They seem to specialize with Subarus and Mitsubishis but are also very knowledgeable with all types of Nissans such as 350Z's, S13 S14's with RB2025's, KA24's and SR20's and other imports. Charlotte's Best - Subaru, Mitsubishi, & Import Performance – Motion Lab Tuning has helped me every step of the way getting into the import world and helped me ground up rebuild and better my 2004 Subaru WRX. Awesome staff, great knowledge, affordable prices, and fast turn arounds. 5 Stars all the way. If you have a WRX, STi, EVO, or any other import, this is the only place to go!
Great Shop Great Guys – I've had a lot of work done at MLT. I think the big difference with this shop compared to the others is that they don't tell you want you need to do to the car. MLT allows you to tell them how you want the car to perform and based on what you say they give you different setup's that will allow you to get to that desired level. Great sorce for performance parts! – Low prices, Great parts and Great online/shipping services. Here in my hometown of Topeka KS, Finding aftermarket performance parts has to be done online.
