Everyone was very nice. They even offered me a place to sit and work while I waited for my car. My only concern is why does the Kia website say oil change every 8k miles but the dealership said 5k SINCE YOU CAN NOT RESPOND I'M GOING TO EDIT MY POST. SO MOTION KIA IS SAYING THAT WITH SYNTETIC OIL IT SHOULD BE CHANGED EVERY 5K MILES, HOWEVER THE KIA WEB PORTAL THAT I LOG INTO STATES 8K. SO THE WEBSITE IS WRONG?

This service department has been a real pleasure to deal with. I have recently moved to the area and grateful that this location is so close. “Alex and Neil” are amazing and the rest of the staff as well. I also have to give CJ / “parts delivery” a shout out! All of them . They go above and beyond customer service. Professional, kind & friendly! Highly recommended!
