Had 4 belts bought from them for a cooling tower, and not a single one made it 5 weeks. Sent them an email over 2 weeks ago, and they are ignoring it. They also ignored our attempts to trying to set up an account with them - which by the lack of customer service is going to be a blessing. I would recommend this and Edwin Lopez to anyone who is trying to lose a customer or their reputation.

I've been dealing with Miller bearing for years when you close a branch you got to let the customers know that you're no longer in service of them across the counter just say them an hour and a half drive one way it just be out of courtesy and when you call they don't tell you that so you show up at her front door and the door is locked
Motion is always helpful when I need a part. If they don't have it in stock, they will ship it to me ASAP. The staff is friendly and courteous. I have been working with Rob for 10+ years. He and the rest of the staff are the best out there.
