Good morning We just had a commode dropped off by Calvin from Motion Speciality and unfortunately the unit didn’t fit over the toilet. I asked Calvin if the unit could be adjusted and he took the time to make necessary adjustments to make the commode fit over the toilet. Thanks for the great customer service. Grant McLeod

I visited the head office on Carnforth Rd hoping to have my mom's walker repaired. Although I didn't have an appointment, the receptionist Hope was very kind and she checked to see if any of the repairment were available. Fortunately, a repairman was just finishing up with another cleint and he was able to repair the walker while I waited. I appreciated the excellent customer service that spared me from having to return another day. Next time I'll be sure to book an appointment.
