I can’t speak highly enough about Jenna. My brother was at Lyndhurst Rehab Hospital and, when he was discharged, he was issued a wheelchair. At the time, he really preferred to have a walker instead, but the wheelchair had already been arranged. I had no idea how to return the wheelchair and get a walker instead. I made many phone calls and spoke with several people, including my brother’s occupational therapist, but unfortunately no one was able to help me figure out what to do.
