My mom got a new walker, so I dropped her old one off for servicing with plans to keep it as a backup. Dropped it off over two months ago, and after not hearing anything, I called and was told it was ready to pick up. Picked it up today, and wasn’t told what was serviced, I was just handed it and told I was good to go. Honestly, it looks like nothing was done. The wheels are still locking when pushing it, which was the main concern I mentioned when dropping it off. Extremely disappointed

Motion mobility is awesome!! I went in for a wheel that was not working correctly and they fixed it right away !! I can highly recommend this store !
