As usual, service appointment with motion is prompt, professional fast and efficient. Had a couple of 36V batteries installed. Motion was able to come on time to our sons apartment. Appointment through Ali was friendly. Always so nice to deal with staff. Thank Cam and staff for always being there for R. Big bouquet to all!
My mom got a new walker, so I dropped her old one off for servicing with plans to keep it as a backup. Dropped it off over two months ago, and after not hearing anything, I called and was told it was ready to pick up. Picked it up today, and wasn’t told what was serviced, I was just handed it and told I was good to go. Honestly, it looks like nothing was done. The wheels are still locking when pushing it, which was the main concern I mentioned when dropping it off. Extremely disappointed
