My mum purchased an electric wheelchair only used 10minutes of and I reached out to motion and was told they can not buy back but that I can donate it to them. I have heard from people that they do purchase back. Very very disappointed. Definitely not donating back to motion so they can resell as it is a brand new wheelchair. My mum has now passed.
We bought a chair for our mother 5 years ago with motion even with a new ownership customer service has been terrible and misdiagnosing problems with the chair will never deal with these this place again not only are they not friendly they're arrogant at times when you try to talk to them
