Absolutely HORRIBLE service!
We just had our lift chairs delivered by Nicolas and Shane. They did a fabulous job setting both of them up and were very knowledgeable and helpful with their explanations. This entire experience has been wonderful from the beginning. Mary-Lynn was able to answer all of our initial questions and concerns in a very friendly and informative manner. We look forward to enjoying the use of our Titan chairs for many years to come. A sincere thank you for making this part of our journey so memorable.
Stairlift was delivered and installed this morning, works perfect and all staff from sales to install were very knowledgeable and helpful. They took all the time needed explain everything required for use and maintenance. Highly recommend Motion Barrie
We just had a stairlift installed in about 2 hours start to finish. We were given verbal instructions on how it worked and tested the up and down procedure. Daniel Kania was very helpful and whole process was very professional and efficient.
We are So Very Pleased with our new ceiling lift!! Motion Team (Dan, Ed and Christian) were absolutely Fantastic! They were all Extremely Helpful, Friendly and knowledgeable with installation and ensuring that we knew how to use the equipment - And they came in the middle of a snow storm!!! I will highly recommend Excellent quality service!!
