We are So Very Pleased with our new ceiling lift!! Motion Team (Dan, Ed and Christian) were absolutely Fantastic! They were all Extremely Helpful, Friendly and knowledgeable with installation and ensuring that we knew how to use the equipment - And they came in the middle of a snow storm!!! I will highly recommend Excellent quality service!!

Very smooth and easy process to rent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The wheelchair was comfortable, in great condition, and made a big difference for her. Best value in the area. Highly recommend their services!

This was an extremely disappointing visit. I had visited the website and saw several options I would like and two possibilities for rentals I would like to use. I went into the store and I was informed none of the machines were available and that the two I would have liked to rent were just "broken" and wouldn't be available at all. I was not impressed with the woman's attitude who "helped me". Would not recommend, this was an extremely difficult and emotional visit for me as it would be my first chair and was expecting more... read more
