I am writing this review on behalf of my father, who has been a customer of Motion for nearly two decades. While the frontline staff and technicians are friendly and try their best, the company's changes in recent years, have become a serious safety hazard for disabled clients. Wayne arrived on time, was courteous and friendly, quickly diagnosed and repaired our stair lift, cleaned up and departed, all within one hour. A great problem resolution for all. We are very pleased and satisfied.

Contacted motion to buy my first scooter off them. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Scooter wasn't cheap either. After the first year , I had a problem , thhe replaced the batteries. Problem Still happening change the batteries again. Third, try.They finally take it into the shop , says it only take a couple of days which is important cause I really need my scooter. I don’t understand how this company is still in business or yet to be audited by the government. They currently hold the contract ACSD (CEP Program), hopefully soon to loose it so customers can have their equipment serviced and or purchase equipment from other vendors with options, HONESTY, and TRANSPARENCY -nothing like having the Government continuously calling you to question what happen to your equipment due to Motions repair prices being astronomical, to find out stuff is being billed for that was not done -I failed to ... read more

Kelly Van Slyke helped my elderly mum select the scooter she wanted and ordered it in from elsewhere (other stores had just told us it was not in stock...). Mum has also had her walker expertly maintenanced in Peterborough. She has opted to continue to get service here in Peterborough where she is met with respect and prompt service, after receiving poor service at two stores in Toronto. Motion Peterborough is a gem!
