Kelly Van Slyke helped my elderly mum select the scooter she wanted and ordered it in from elsewhere (other stores had just told us it was not in stock...). Mum has also had her walker expertly maintenanced in Peterborough. She has opted to continue to get service here in Peterborough where she is met with respect and prompt service, after receiving poor service at two stores in Toronto. Motion Peterborough is a gem!

Installers were great, but that's where it ends. Their buy back program is a joke. I have been waiting 6 weeks to get paid. They use every excuse in the book. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Great people, great service. I have two lift chairs from them and every issue I have had over the three years I have owned them has been dealt with efficiently and quickly by Jodie and her team. They were also the most knowledgeable people I spoke to when I bought the chairs. Other stores I had spoken had very little product knowledge. Not so with this crew. I would definitely recommend them

Good business with them for a substantial amount in one of their products, At the beginning of my purchase everybody was very friendly and helpful. Since i've been having problems with the product that Was purchased. Seems that the information on the problem.Nobody seems to have an answer.
