My lift recliner stopped working on a Friday morning. Called Motion right away and talked to Jodie in the Service department. Technician was here Friday afternoon. New parts ordered on Monday and arrived on Thursday. Recliner was fixed the next day. Very pleased with the service received.
The workers were quick, efficient, and the service was friendly.
I am writing this review on behalf of my father, who has been a customer of Motion for nearly two decades. While the frontline staff and technicians are friendly and try their best, the company's changes in recent years, have become a serious safety hazard for disabled clients. A few years ago, my father purchased a new porch lift from them, and it has been nothing but trouble. Wayne arrived on time, was courteous and friendly, quickly diagnosed and repaired our stair lift, cleaned up and departed, all within one hour. A great problem resolution for all. We are very pleased and satisfied.
