We have been dealing with Rick. My dad needed a stair lift. He was very professional. We received excellent service from him. Now we are looking for a wheelchair and again working with Rick. My dad has Dementia and I found Rick to be extremely warm and caring. He was very patient with him. He's not afraid to show compassion. Rick is very knowledgeable with all his devices and exlains in detail what and how things will benefit us. I can't thank him enough. He a wonderful man. Thank you Rick
