We hadn,t bought a walker in a while. I ruined my 3 year old walker by riding the brakes. There is a brake assembly that can be put on your walker to slow it down. Crystal was so nice and very knowledgeable. She told us a way to get a new walker for $82.00.through a program. We declined as in my case I needed the walker right away.Crystal showed us a way for me to get out my wheelchair easier. By the way THERE IS NO TAX on purchases. GREAT PLACE TO SHOP. Sue campbell

After waiting 10 days ( and a no show ) for a Huntsville company that services Bruno VPL to come diagnose our lift , I called Motion in North Bay for a service call. They were quick to send out Julienne to look at our lift. He diagnosed the issue to be the Acme nuts . He did the best he could but mentioned they need replacing. We ordered the parts and Motion had them brought in quickly and when the parts came in Julienne was dispatched to do the repair.
