I am not a person who typically posts reviews, unless I experience exceptionally good or exceptionally poor service. Unfortunately my experience at Motion earlier today was the latter. I made the trek to the north end with my 89-year-old mother-in-law to find her a suitable 4-wheel 'rollator' type walker. I left the store feeling like a second rate person.when I walked into the store I was greeted by a gentlemen who looked at me like I was an alien when I ask if you sold any parts for the gear box from my scooter, (which I was holding). He asked me if I bought the scooter from them, I said no. At this point he told me he would have to go find somebody else to help me. FINE.
