I had visited Mobility Saskatoon to replace a battery in my wife's Bruno lift chair, I was told they were instock. When I arrived the battery I needed was actually out of stock. BUT WAIT! The service person apologized and said he could provide a used ( but still good) battery to use until stock arrived. AT NO CHARGE! That is GREAT customer service, making things right. Hats off to MOBILITY SASKATOON!

I broke my tibia in February of this year. I got a lift chair through Motion, which has been amazing. The team were wonderful to deal with regarding the purchase and subsequently regarding one repair issue that arose. Finn came onsite to deal with it. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Motion.
