My mom's power lift recliner needed replacing, so we hit Motion on a Tuesday morning. Ashley and Kelly were amazingly helpful in helping us select a new one, top notch service. Shaun and Majid delivered it Wed. AM and were also extremely good and attentive as they walked us through everything. Highly recommend Motion for their expertise and customer focus. Thanks!

Last week we had the dreaded error code appear on my sons Permobil M3. The next morning I dropped the chair off and was assured by Finn that they would take a look and let me know what the issue was before the end of the day. Two hours later I got a call from Finn that the chair was ready to be picked up and was working perfect. A bad connection was the culprit. Wow! Thank you Finn, Chad & Patrick for the prompt service, it is truly appreciated.

I had excellent service today at Motion, and would highly recommend this store to others! I went there to buy a new walker, as my current old one needed some repair. I had 3 staff members helping me with all my needs and questions, in regards to various items and services they offer. Kelly quickly and efficiently helped me pick out a great, new walker; Patrick actually replaced my torn basket on my old walker with a new one (I didn’t know you could even do that) with a new one within a few minutes, and Ashley answered all my... read more
