Great place for healing and self care. I love that they teach you techniques to care for yourself so your not always reliant on them or medication. Trust me skip the chiropractor and traditional Pt, go see the folks at Motion For Life.
RecommendedThe deep muscle release work has helped my horse a lot. I use some of the things I learned from Motion for Life on my horse before every run for the last several years. It has made a huge difference in athletic performance and overall soundness. I've had less muscle strain, less need for adjustments and injections.
Encourage you to go for healing! You need to try the infra-red heat - unbelievable! I had a chiropractic appntmnt was home having extreme spasms and after a sleepless night went to the infra-red table - seriously I walked out and put in a 12-hr day at work with a very important function!
