its been more than a year that i am member with motion fitness. Staff is welcoming and friendly, i would like to mention Femi as he greets me every time i go there.
I came to this gym expecting to work out and improve my health, but instead I was treated with discrimination and disrespect. I was denied entry with my service dog, even though service dogs are legally permitted in public spaces, including gyms. The staff member was not only dismissive but also rude in their approach, which left me feeling dehumanized and unwelcome. Their actions caused my anxiety to skyrocket and turned what should have been a normal gym visit into a humiliating experience. Having a service dog is already ... read more
Staff and management would rather have a customer put at risk than allow a service dog into the facility. Save yourself from the rude staff and go to a different gym.
Jackson was really helpful on providing what I need to activate my membership again.
