Quick and easy, I traded in my truck and upgraded to a Ford 150. Motion gave me a fair deal on my trade and didn’t lowball me. I was working with Brandon and at no point did I feel pressured or rush. I ended up getting a vehicle that they just got on the lot and notice the following day after purchasing the passenger heat wasn’t working. Brandon hooked me up and handled the issue. I’m happy with my purchase. Definitely ask for Brandon he’s a solid dude.
The worst car experience I’ve ever had or will ever have..went to try to close on a truck and had the a loan company already in place ready to give them the money and they refused out side loan companies or cash....who does that 🤣 I had guaranteed money and the refused it....then they called my vehicle junk and made us go out the back door and walk around the building....this company is the biggest joke I DO NOT recommended this car dealer to ANYONE

The dealer reserve paid to us from our banks is what allows us to price our vehicles at rock bottom wholesale prices. Also due to Covid 19 some credit unions or outside lenders are not on our approved list as the length of time it takes to get us paid affects our business. I just recently purchased a 2017 Nissan frontier. The front rotors and pads were very bad and kept having chunks of pad and rotor rust falling off causing all sort of noise and whining when hitting the brakes and driving at any speed. Tim reached out to me today and reimbursed me for the parts that I bought to replace the brakes. Very happy with them doing that.
I did like the truck that I bought. But the first thing I noticed when the salesman pulled the truck up was the rotors. The front rotors on both sides inside and out were completely smoked. I brought this up to salesman but they wouldn’t do anything about it. Had to have brakes put on and just in parts I spent 200 dollars. That’s not even top shelf parts either. I have never had a good "used" car buying experience until I went here! Drove from out of State about 4 hours to the Dealership, they had the Jeep I was looking at out and ready for me to look over. Financing was so easy and quick. Amazing People to work with. Due to Covid there was a delay in getting the paperwork I needed to get the Jeep switched into a PA licence plate, I called and they overnight-ed me what I needed to keep on the road until the state of Ohio opened back up.
