Jordan is a fantastic PT. My 13 year old daughter has been seeing her for tendonitis from competitive dance, and her treatment has helped emensely. Jordan uses a combination of therapies and exercises to address both the immediate complaint as well as any muscle imbalances to achieve long term results. She's thorough, empathetic, and great at what she does. I highly recommend Motion Activated Physical Therapy and will be a returning client should the need arise with anyone in my family.
I had my C6 & C7 fused in June 2025. I’m still having numbness going down my left arm. My neurosurgeon gave me a prescription for dry needling, my muscles are so tight in the front,back of my neck and shoulders he said we need to disrupt the “muscle memory”. Dr Jordan is an incredible provider. She is caring, intelligent, a great listener, and highly skilled in her work as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I have seen significant improvement in my shoulder strength and mobility and a decrease in numbness in my leg/tension in lower back since being under her care.
