Motion Fitness is a very well run, and staffed health club. All of the considerable equipment is Top Tier. Lori does a great job as owner and operator, she cares a great deal about her members. I have been a member at a handful of gyms over the years and have visited many many while traveling. Motion is absolutely one of the best.
