The manager JP is a creep! Pulled me into his office one day (mind u I had already been attending this gym for like a year) n he goes on about how he’s never seen me before n I have a fantastic body n if I need personal training, he’d be happy to give it to me for free, even tho it “looks like I know what i’m doing”. I politely declined, however the SECOND I walked out of that office, he found me on instagram and snapchat n requested to follow me. Motion Fitness is a very well run, and staffed health club. All of the considerable equipment is Top Tier. Lori does a great job as owner and operator, she cares a great deal about her members. I have been a member at a handful of gyms over the years and have visited many many while traveling. Motion is absolutely one of the best.

Motion Fitness is an absolute gem of a health club.
