I visited Motion for the first time this past weekend, and it's safe to say I've found the gym I will use anytime I'm in the area! Lori was incredibly responsive and easy to work with, as I called pretty last minute before the weekend, and she was able to schedule me right away. Lorenzo took my appointment on Saturday morning and walked me through the (easy) paperwork and process to set me up with a key and day passes for the entire weekend, and within minutes, I was all set and ready to work out. This is a great gym especially if you are a beginner looking to start your fitness journey but also well equipped if you are far along in your fitness journey. The staff is super friendly and helpful. If it wasn't for my move, I'd still be attending.

Lori was so supportive and the gym has great equipment that is well maintained. Wipes are always available for easy clean up during a workout. Employee's are helpful. I felt appreciated as a member.

Since moving to Motion Fitness last fall, it’s become much more than just a gym for me—it’s become a community. The space is exceptionally clean, the equipment is excellent, but what truly sets it apart is the culture. There’s a genuine sense of respect and encouragement here, from the front desk to the trainers to the members themselves.
