Incredible care by Maggie, who worked wonders getting me through my first half marathon, and multiple triathlons!

Maggie knows her stuff. She understood right away why I started having pain in a different/new area following hip surgery - previous PT and chiropractors didn't have much to offer for this other than soft tissue work which didn't address the underlying problem. Also gave me specific stretches to do before workouts that actually make squatting pain free (relative to my injuries/surgery), which didn't seem possible before. These were stretches I had never done before, even with really good lifting coaches. Woohoo!!
