Had 4 belts bought from them for a cooling tower, and not a single one made it 5 weeks. Sent them an email over 2 weeks ago, and they are ignoring it. They also ignored our attempts to trying to set up an account with them - which by the lack of customer service is going to be a blessing. I would recommend this and Edwin Lopez to anyone who is trying to lose a customer or their reputation.

I've been dealing with Miller bearing for years when you close a branch you got to let the customers know that you're no longer in service of them across the counter just say them an hour and a half drive one way it just be out of courtesy and when you call they don't tell you that so you show up at her front door and the door is locked
Great place to find certain parts. There has been many times where they messed up my order. When I go I only deal with Peter or another guy that's in the back. The young kid to the right when u walk in doesn't know sh!*
