I had a diamond and new prong set placed in my engagement ring 4 years ago by Motif. Four short years later, the diamond AND entire prong set just fell out of the ring and was lost! When we went in to talk to the owner about the quality of workmanship, he was rude and told me that "if I wore the ring everyday, I should expect that something like this would happen" and refused to do anything at all to rectify the situation (despite the fact that their website says they have a lifetime warranty).
