I had a very disappointing experience at this jewelry store. We came in to repair my husband’s gold chain, which was quoted at $80. We agreed right away and did not bargain. At the same visit, my husband’s silver bracelet lock was broken. I asked for the price before agreeing to anything. The staff member said she needed to show it to the worker/owner and insisted we leave the bracelet at the shop. We trusted them. I’m extremely disappointed with this jeweler. I gave them my ring’s exact design and weight, and they promised to make it the same. What I received was underweight, poorly crafted, and looked like it was made by a welder, not a jeweler. Even after offering to redo it, I had zero confidence to place another order because the first one was so badly designed. Would not recommend. I wanted custom ring with my fiance’s name on it. I showed them the picture and the font that I wanted and they did wonderful job, far better than expected. I am so so so glad that I chose them. I have ordered gold worth of $3990.00US 1/17/2022 from California. Spoke to Man. He was given me the price I ask Pawandeep if you guys ship to California. He told yes they do.
