A HORRIBLE experience my appointment was at 9AM in the morning the lady calls me at 8:28 to be exact asking if I was on the way I told her yes get there by 8:45 AM to her technically giving my appointment away then try to flip it on me like I’m late to MY appointment & had someone else in the chair! Very unprofessional and she was a RUDE lady she’s lucky I didn’t get disrespectful back ! Then had the nerve to ask me to come back at 12! This is why I do not go to these shops . I called the day before and asked if they had availability to do microbraids. They fit me in, provided the hair and did a fantastic job. My hair is very short so they really worked a miracle. My hair took 6.5-7 hours However, some things to consider, my braider did about 8-10 braids (just getting started), then asked me to fill out a clipboard and pay for the service in full.
