TMC is a wonderful, convenient resource for new moms and moms-to-be. I discovered them in the second trimester of my first pregnancy, and they have helped me every step of the way! The support group is a great place to go when just starting to get out with baby, and the other moms and facilitator, Meredith, are so helpful! We have tried out the motherhood centers babysitter services a few times and they are just outright AWFUL! One night the sitter never showed up when we were suppose to be at our son's kindergarten recital - and then tonight, 40 minutes before our sitter was suppose to be here, I receive a call saying they are still trying to find us a babysitter. I would NEVER recommend this service to anyone and I really think they have a lot of work to do in this department.

Truly an amazing place – It is impossible to express my heartfelt gratitude and excitement about The Motherhood Center. This place is truly a jewel to any expectant mom and I've recommended their services as many people as I can. I took advantage of 2 classes (Newborn Care and Delivery). Great massages, yoga, and kids' classes – I'm suprised by some of the negative reviews, though it appears they are almost exclusively related to the nanny placement service, which I have not used. I started going to The Motherhood Center when I was pregnant - I went to prenatal yoga and also got massages from Jane. The yoga classes were great and I went throughout my pregnancy. CREDIT CARD THIEVES!!!! – I loved the motherhood center. Enjoyed receiving prenatal massage. Had one schedule the week I was due to have my son. While I was in the hospital having my child I missed the appointment, I never received a call from them and the promptly charged my Bank Visa $90.00. When I called to have this refunded I was told this was their policy period. For a place that is supposed to be supportive of new moms and understanding of what a new mom goes through, you would think this might have been an exception ... read more

As the owners of TMC we find reviews of this nature very disheartening. We do make it a point to be VERY supportive of our expecting mom's and go above and beyond to be as fair as we possibly can. This clients was well aware of our policy when she gave us her info and we still offered to refund her money and take the loss and pay her therapist if should could of provided us with proof of her absence. Unfortunately her story changed and she was unable to do so.
A heaven for new mothers – This place is a heaven for new mothers. Gabriela, the owner has created a one of a kind place that takes care of ALL of your needs. My OB recommended them when I was 6 weeks pregnant and I immediately went and began with doing their prenatal yoga class. Best Place for Any Mom – I have had a wonderful experience going to The Motherhood Center. They can take care of all of your prenatal needs from breastfeeding to educational classes to prenatal exercise. The baby nurse service they provide is unmatched. Gabriela, the owner of the center, personally handles placing the doulas with each client. She is always reachable and provides outstanding service. An excellent place to start the adventure of motherhood – When I first found out that I was pregnant I started looking for a place to take prenatal yoga and a community of other mothers-to-be. I did some research online and found the Motherhood Center and after my first visit I discovered that I needn't look any further.
