My mother stayed at Mother Hull Home for 51 days while recovering from a recent hospital stay. During that time, I spent 23 days with her and feel well qualified to share my observations of the facility. In addition to observing the care provided to my mother, I was also able to see how other residents were treated. From my perspective, the care my mother received was excellent. Tiffany, the medication aide has a poor attitude towards people. She speaks poorly about people as well. Management might want to address this with her because I've heard it before first hand.

My father spent his final months at Mother Hull Home. The level of empathy, compassion, and care he received was absolutely amazing. The inclusion in activities, the level of contact, and the overall attention to detail allowed him to feel comfortable and secure. As a son navigating through the complexities of care, including hospice, I truly appreciated the quality of communication and concern the caregivers provided.
