After my appointment was cancelled on the same day, I only received partial refund for my deposit for eyebrow shaping and tinting. Was offered a 50% discount for rescheduling, but because I was in town for only a few days, I tried reaching out to get the rest of my deposit. I texted Jacqueline three times, no response. Totally unprofessional.
Jackie is the best. My brows are always perfect!
I had an appt booked and she cancelled a couple of hours prior then told me she would give me 15% discount once I reschedule. Tried to reschedule the appt and it now says “not accepting new clients”. Very disrespectful!
