Well mother bears I've been a loyal customer since 2004 but don't know that I'll be able to return after my customer service experience today. After calling in a carry out order at 3:15pm to be picked up at 4 we did not receive our pizza until 4:35. We arrived at 4 and were told the order was not ready and they'd yell for us when it was. After waiting 10-15 min we decide to check again. We planned an entire trip to Bloomington from Terre Haute to go to Mother Bears because we have heard wonderful things. Well since there were like 10 parking spots for customers we had to change our entire day. Wish we could have tried it and yes I understand it's on a college campus but some parking would be nice.

Let me start off by saying that finding a place to park was horrible. That being said, we arrived about 4:15 pm on Saturday. Had to only waiting about 15 minutes before we were seating - great! It took about another 15 to 20 minutes to get someone to wait on us. (this place was packed!) We placed our drink and food order at the same time. Got our drinks quickly.
