My husband and I came down to Bloomington to visit our daughter as she is a student at IU. We've been to Mother Bear's a couple times already and knew that we couldn't leave Bloomington without going back. Needless to say, the service was great, the food was awesome and visiting our daughter, priceless!!

So normally I love mbs, but my last visit wasn't exactly the service I normally get. The hostesses(3 girls) were all sitting on there phones and completely didn't realize we walked in and were standing there right in front of them. Finally when we got our booth it took 17mins for the waiter to get to our table for drinks, then we ordered quickly but waited another 25mins for our food, which sucked, but the pizza, salads, and breadsticks were delicious as always. Great service and pizza was perfect. We went on a Saturday afternoon and there was about a 30 min wait for a table but worth the wait. Loved the atmosphere.

This was our second time at Mother Bear's Pizza before an IU game. The menu is extensive and difficult to choose from. On our first trip, we got pizza. It was delicious and satisfying. The second trip, there were four of us. Two of us shared a pizza and the other two got sandwiches. The brisket sandwich was "to die for" in the words of one guest and the grilled chicken sandwich was equally delicious. My husband and I shared a pizza and it was wonderful.
