Recently had my first baby delivered here and the doctor Mathew was absolutely perfect at making me and my wife comfortable the entire time not to mention how great our tech and other staff were they got anything we needed fast and made sure we were okay through out the entire process I'd for sure recommend getting your baby delivered here thank you sparrow and all the loving caring staff here for all your hard work!!!☺️
Went in for a non stress test. Baby was perfect and looked so healthy!! However, they wanted to admit me that night and induct me when there was no reason too. I refused and asked to go home. A doctor came in and told me if I left, my baby would probably die. Less then 24 hours later, my baby was born at home strong and healthy!! They did not respect my decision and used fear to push their agenda when it was unwarranted. Very disgusted by their lack of respect for me as a mama!! Don’t recommend!!!!
Not sure if it’s because I’m a black woman or what but no matter how much pain I’m in related to pregnancy, I get dismissed and ignored and told it’s all in my head. Nothing I say is listened to, I’m never taken seriously. Last time I went through this I had a miscarriage in the hallway of the er because nobody listened or took me seriously. Place is a joke
Big thank you to nurses Josie and Janet for making my experience delivering my baby so wonderful even with pretty bad anxiety! Nurse Josie in particular I spent most of my stay with and she was absolutely exceptional & phenomenal!! Other very honorable mentions include Dr Stevens who delivered my girl and the wonderful Dr who administered the epidural. We also had great nurses in mother & baby! Thank you all for your hard work and for making a stressful situation so smooth! Even the food was delicious and hot!
My score is actually 4.5 stars! We recently delivered our first baby boy here and our experience was beyond our expectations! The doctors, nurses and other staff were professional, took care of our needs, and made sure we were well aware of what was going on. Any time someone came into our room they asked if we needed anything. The only things I'd say that would need some feedback on is faster time frame of the food/room service.
