We really enjoyed our stay here. We planned 3 nights but loved it so much we ended up staying 5. It's located in a great spot between the hot springs and Walmart, the live music and atmosphere were amazing. The people were so nice and the room was so welcoming and comfortable. No problem with my 1 dog and hot showers.. this place was truly the vacation I was needing. Will definitely be back and suggest you stay here too.

Have stayed at SOCO the past 3 winters in a row on my trip to Pagosa for a snowboarding trip, and I have enjoyed my stay each time. The location is extremely convenient to downtown, and the amenities are comfortable, clean, and have the rooms have a fun mountain charm. The onsite El Camino lounge serves up reasonably priced and well executed bar food and drinks. This place is awesome - super comfortable beds, hot shower, updated rooms and the restaurant and bar are super cozy - we got to see some live music as well. Great location close to town to shopping, bars, and restaurants and a close drive to the mountain. Perfect for a few days away and the staff and owner make you feel right at home - highly recommend this place!
