This place is a complete dump, no parking the room smells of mold in the customer service is poor. Upon checking in into the room I noticed that the air conditioner was full of mold in the room smelled foul I requested a refund immediately after about five minutes of being in the room and got to run around by the lady at the front desk. She refused to give me my money back there's very poor Hospitality in the rooms are filthy it's very dirty and I wouldn't recommend staying there probably possibly bedbugs the gentleman Rich ... read more
Had a Great stay here. Staff was friendly.Walking distance to the Village. Definitely would stay here again.
Rug was soaked when we arrived the first night. We tried to soak it up with towels. What the towels did soak up was brown/yellow colored. But the rug was still wet. And it smelled putrid. When brought to the attention of the man incharge he was extremely rude. He said he'd shampoo it but we'd have to leave and find somewhere else to sleep for the night. And try to re-rent the room again. Or just deal with it and keep putting towels down. Certainly not worth the money to stay here and definitely will not stay again.
Very disappointed. Checked in, went to dinner. Office closed at 9 pm. Linen not changed. Sand in sheets and hair and makeup on sheets as well. Now we have to sit up on the comforters. Only pillow cases changed. Extremely disappointing and unhygienic as well. Will complain in person in the morning. Shameful.
