Extremely rude and arrogant reception staff who couldn't even acknowledge a customer....obviously has no personality and clearly needs customer service training Rooms outdated , go elsewhere
Reception greeting was very good, bar reasonable, needs some more options for beers. Food very good, except for Sunday evening, which remained closed and wasn't informed about, which was disappointing.
Poor Wifi, compendium in room is inaccurate promotes foxtel movies and fox sports channels plus businesses that are no longer in business. Reception know of wifi issues, and just say "sorry" can't do anything about it, could have offered moving to other room with better reception and also claimed no responsibility on false advertising around foxtel being available. Apparently owner is aware of issues and no workaround or fix offered. Disappointing for price of rooms
