We were passing through Dimboola for a night and the original Victoria Hotel Dimboola was fully booked so we tried our luck here at 10pm and it still had vacancy! It costed us $110 for a night over the counter (a lot cheaper than booking.com) and the room was great for the price. It has AC in the room, running hot water and heated blanket. Nice budget room, clean. Comfy bed. No microwave, otherwise the usual kettle etc. Good value at the Bookings.com price.
Stayed for 1 night which was 1 night too many. Torn curtains, cobwebs, ants, threadbare towels, hole in quilt cover, no plates , bowls or cutlery, mouldy and dirty shower. Possibly one of the worst places we’ve ever stayed! Meal at the Dimboola Hotel at least brightened our stay in Dimboola. If you’re thinking about staying at this motel think again. We would have been better off driving through and saving our money!
