Rooms have been painted but generally original build. Property in need of maintenance especially the grounds. It was cheap though.
Took us back to the older style motels of the 60's. Clean and tidy
You get what you pay for. Small thin towels, A toaster but no plates or cutlery, No spare blankets, To stay warm you have to have the heater on which is really noisy. One thin blanket and one thin quilt on the bed, the mattress is a shitty uncomfortable inner spring. No USB charging points whatsoever. The only reason I stayed is because it’s pet friendly.
