We stayed in the family room last night, and would return. Man at reception was welcoming. Yes, an older motel and could use a bit of maintenance, but from a price point, this was the pick for our family. The family room consisted of a queen bed and 3 singles (2 in separate bedroom, all clean and fresh), kitchenette with tv, toaster, kettle and bar fridge, and bathroom. We booked the family room, very comparative price for five of us! I had a Very good sleep but left my pillow. I picked up 7 days later on my way back and it was kept at the front desk as new! Very good services.

Door lock very old ,hard to work.plumbing,sink leaking onto floor shower head broken.Shower drainage clogged and backflow from drain. Stains on bedding.Fridge freezer over half iced up.Pool water yellowish green,unusable. Floor grout ingrained with dirt. Air conditioning filters appear not to have been serviced as after being turned on we were coughing anb sneezing.in general motel was not up to a decent standard in my opinion.Would not recommend.

The only thing good about it is the location since it is in the middle of Melbourne and Adelaide. The room is not really clean. And you cannot reach the host / front desk via a phone call.
