I would leave zero stars if I could. Worst stay ever. Dirty, loud, I would have slept better in my car. Should donate the pillows to a torture chamber

Do not stay here! Only needed a place to sleep so I figured I’d give it a try since it was cheapish (still $130), and the experience was horrible. When we arrived people were shooting up in the parking lot right outside where you check in. The water literally didn’t work and you couldn’t flush the toilet, and when I went to the front desk about it they literally could not have cared less and scoffed when I asked if there was any type of discount or anything since the most basic necessity didn’t even work and they had no solu... read more

We arrived in Ventura to stay one night while travelling the Coast. The room was clean and comfortable. Our UBER driver cautioned us on the safety of this location due to an area of the hotel gated off for unhomed. At 02:00 in the morning I woke to noises outside of our room where activity of individuals clearly under the influence of drugs woke me. I would not recommend this hotel. I definitely did not feel safe if I needed to go outside for any reason.
