The room wasn’t as clean as it usually is. Cobwebs & spiders in the bathroom suggests those areas (2) aren’t getting cleaned regularly. Also, it looks like a pipe broke in the unit upstairs and the repair work is very “shoddy.” It looks like there is still leakage from above down into the layers of drywall . I like walking shower no tub the only thing I like.... We stay four days and we didn't have any service to change are linen and clean towels

Very disappointed with the front desk experience. There was no greeting, no “hello,” no “good morning” — just cold and dismissive behavior. First impressions matter, especially in a professional setting, and the lack of basic courtesy was surprising. Customer service starts at the front desk. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff professionalism and communication. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.

I stayed at this place for about 2 months all together.the rooms were decent. Sleep and shower.I always cleaned my own room, but always got what I needed from the HARDWORKING ladies,bcz I'm sure they have to pick up after some inconsiderate slobs! The air conditioning needs to be replaced,I think they've been there since the place was built. The location is perfect to walk around to the beaches and shops.The Ventura Harbor is also not far
