My wife and I stayed here recently because we were going to a concert at the arena. The location is great because we were able to walk to the concert. Check in went smoothly and there is coffee and cookies in the lobby. There is a nice pool area with hot tub but we never had time to use it. The rooms are fine but the beds are higher than usual because they are on these wood pedestals. This causes the beds to slide down if you are trying to sit up and watch tv. After a long day of travel we needed a good night sleep. Heat was at 80, called front desk and what they did didn't work. Option was to leave the door open but put the top lock on. No way. Option to move rooms....not at 230 am! Option ...can come up to the room and try looking at the thermostat....why when what you did didn't work. No maintenance on duty.
