Realice la reservación a través de Expedia y fue respetada sin problema. La atención del personal fue muy buena en todo momento. Las habitaciones son sencillas, baño y regadera amplios, las camas no son de todo cómodas pero sirven para lo que fueron creadas. En comparación de calidad y precio es muy acorde y justo. Sin duda regresaré en mi próxima visita a Laredo.

Great service when Cindy is not in the property. She's rude and has to always be right. Best to call first and see who's attending the front desk. Dis regard my last review that was her taking my phone away to give it a perfect rating. The property is making improvements I hope she's one of the improvements they make.

DO NOT BOOK, ROACH INFESTATION, STRAIGHT OUT DIRTY. Put it this way I was only there for 10 minutes and I was completely disgusted and had trust issues on any other hotel around the area, that we ended up going to an expensive safe options to ease my mind. SAVE YOUR MONEY by not spending it here and use it to spend a little extra elsewhere. This place was HORRIBLE! We came from out of town and stayed here for a night, and it was the worst mistake ever. To start off the first room we got the ac was blowing very little air so it was super hot in the room . The tv was messed up with lines going through the screen. They ended up moving us to a second room which was even worse, the AC was hanging off the wall where we can see the outside of the room, the curtains were super dirty, the shower was DISGUSTINGLY dirty.
