I've been at many motel 6s and this is by far the worst pool I've been inside but I had to go inside because it was over 100° but there was green mold on the walls. Looks like hasn't been cleaned in months. I hope I didn't catch anything then go into my room and find so many roaches everywhere which I have pictures on. They don't give cups but they have an ice bin but the service was good. The guy at the front desk for the afternoon shift was great and the night audit was great.
Disgusting place , cucaraches , insects hairs on the bathroom and in the bed ... even thought there's worst places this is definitely a no , no ..we should ask for reimbursement seriously!!!

Before booking, I specifically asked Motel 6 reservations to confirm an early check-in. They called the hotel directly and told me it was approved. After driving four hours to Laredo, I called the hotel as instructed, only to be immediately shut down by Cindy, who identified herself as the Assistant General Manager.
