Friendly staff and comfortable room
La persona que me atendió en la recepción fue sumamente grosera, en dos ocasiones solicité que revisara la televisión ya que el control remoto no funcionaba, sin embargo se negó a atenderme, argumentando que estaba ocupado. Hablé con la encargada del turno de la tarde y ella solucionó el problema. Al salir del hotel, la encargada del turno de la mañana me comentó ya había despedido a la persona que me atendió mal y me ofreció una disculpa.
