This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Nimah Patel the property manager is very unprofessional. I was yelled at and spoken to in a degrading, dismissive way—as if I were a child. The level of disrespect was absolutely shocking and completely unprofessional. I even recorded the entire exchange for my records The room itself was even worse. Ok.. I paid for a room.. lady said no smoking in the room.. ok kool I’m thinking I’m gonna be in a non smoking room.. went back to the office an explain to her that the room smell like smoke.. she put me in another room kool.. went to the other room , I was finna lay down so I check the sheets it’s had hair all over the bed… so we went to ask for another sheet she kicked us out .. no Money back or nothing the same way you take from Me trust it’s gonna come back around on you guys..
