Dia and Monica provided the best customer service.
They need to get new employees who, my wife and I got a room we paid at 11:03 on 02/03/26 when we came back to check in at 3pm I was told my wife was on the DNR list and we couldn’t have the room, I lost out on $221. That Brittney girl needs to learn how to actually do her job and check things before she has someone pay. I’ll never be back there again
